netstream brings time change, weight, production modes, changed tv / cinema in net environment. stremaing as entertainment.
Strzaming in pandemic times streaming video conferences is on the way to be defaulted.
look at the technical object of streaming. it comes with different concepts attachedwe'll look into file streaming not so much into streaming as such (-flow of bytes over network (packets))
spectrum of concepts of streaming:
binary oppositions, but atually everything lives in the middle

more about consistency and data-integrity, but it blocks easily and is less about survival of the data. Like flushing a brick throught the toilet.

packets find the way over the network, more point to point, interruptions occur, it is more about flow, glitches and promiscuity arrises, but the data does arrive.

beginning of next year, a 'testing-broadcast' will be made
