Subject; DEADLINE!!4 PROPOSALS: MAY17 >>> NEXT MEETING: MAY 19

Dear Relearners,

We had a meeting today of which you can find the notes here http://pad.constantvzw.org/p/relearn_2015 .

We decided to set *the deadline* for proposals for the 17th of May. These proposals will be discussed in the next meeting that will be held on the 19th of May. If you make a proposal you should also come to the next meeting (or if you cannot be there please let it be known and participate on pad) as we will discuss potential overlaps and merges of proposed themes.
A proposal is something you would like to take care of preparing, as well as a suggestion for something you would like to see at relearn, even if you don't have the capacity to organize it. This "wishlist" can nonetheless inform the preparation of the program and will be discussed collectively on the meeting.
Keep in mind that the worksessions are not only depending on those proposing them, but are rather opened up to the participants at the beginning of the summerschool.
Ideas and suggestions are welcomed to be transversa and could relate to tools, concepts, infrastructure, techniques etc.

The next meeting will be held at  the place where the summer school will happen, to be able to confront the proposals with the space that will host them, so you're welcome to join on tuesday the 19th, at 18h in Zinneke, located at Place Masui 13, 1000 Brussels.

* tracks proposed as well as wishlist, the tracks will not be fixed, rather they will emerge after a few meetings, so that means tracks are not 'property' of who proposes them but will be opened up..
