We are especially curious for:
How you experienced the guiding?
The programme of the week?
How did the week help you (or not)?
It was a leadership for a group that in my opinion is firstly not (yet) a unit and secondly prefers not to be led. There are certainly reasons to understand this. That's why I perceived the preparations rather as trotting behind draught horses-two teachers and a handful of students. The initiative and responsibility for one's own well-being and for the group became clearer during the week. The preparatory work and the resulting structure of the working group beforehand helped and made this possible. For me it remains a momentary group feeling and an interested, trusting exchange on site. The expectations were low-threshold, which I can imagine quite differently within a university trip too, but which has led to a high level of participation and openess. I enjoyed this very much and I am still drawing on it. I keep the week as a memory worth protecting, also because I cannot assess its long-term nature for the group well, it will show itself. Personally, the week has helped me for and shaped my master work. This probably made possible the compact structure, the open networking possibility and every single feedback and participation. All the intermediate discussions fed my other interests and sometimes also my thinking about the work. Thank you. Caro
