Why not make a library for Open Design ? 
A good way to start could be to print out the texts for 'we can't work like this' and assemble them in a box / shelves / .. 
It could travel through the building, different departments could adopt the library for a period. 
Also the reading list can be available onlie. 

question Natasa: 

* What in your personal and very individual culture do you feel prohibits changes in co-creating new paradigms and stories?
* What is the 'this' in the sentence 'we cannot work like this’?
* What is personal?

we propose following questions:
* What 'we' do you belong to ?
* when are you conscious of your own privileges ?

Online meeting in preparation for the Venice We Cannot Work Like This meeting

- public introduction of all teachers and courses
can each of us focuss on one of the notions of how we would like to work ? 
each have 10 to 15 minutes, presenting with images and diagrams or something more material
what do we want to work ? what are the specifics ? 

in the afternoon we have a more intimate sessions with the students. 

marboeuf: why not change public / non-public around ? begin process with the students ? 
which 'field' would you want to enter in the future ? 
thematics is very large.

petra: set out the field and elaborate in the afternoon is good.
degrowth, decoloniseation seem to be bounderies around our working field ? 

SILABUS

the collected texts should maybe not be too dificult to access ..  ?
maybe introduce the texts / or take paragraphs combined in a PDF ? 

Petra and Natasa will prepare Silabus, who else ? (mathieu)

• stay with topic of decolonised practices and degrowth, through an angle that is specific for each.
• limited amount (not more then 5 texts per partner. )
• the texts should be available through a link or scan.

diversity of formats is appreciated:
- video
- fiction
- practical texts .. ?
- ...

black market method: one to one or small groups
exchanging as two experts, 30 mins ? 

To prepare the afternoon session:
students will receive:

• a collection of 5 texts. 
• an assignment (to read the texts and focus on 1 and think about the questions in relation to texts)
• a set of questions compiled by the alliance partners

Amount of groups for the afternoon:
    8 or 9 groups
    50 people joining the meeting to be divided over different groups

being personal, going to personal level allows to understand context, background, frame of refrence, embodied intrest
... good to know where al the intrests come from. 
One question: what is personal ? What does it mean 'I cannot work like this'

To do near future: 

• sylabus (petra, natasa, ...)
• communicate changed programme to everyone (fleur .... ?)
• prepare short intro in which field for future work is discussed (all partners)
• write questions this week (before 07 sep)

(every participant n the alliance sends one question to be discussed with the students in the afternoon. The question shows our allience with the alliantie. )
