The conversation involves all elements of the agenda points, which becomes chaotic and reverse in time as people go and come (after 1h of meeting and less concentration)
Some concerns of AG are differently understood by different people. Processes of decision differs during the meeting : sometimes it is handshaking, other times it is voting, sometimes it feels like trying to find consesus.
/Intern / extern we are a group of people in different places, we don't live here, we have different purposes some are into festivities/politics Are little comitees efficient ?

What follows are discussions whether we have to go for for immediate implemetation (let's make it now) evaluation of tools and best practices exemples and how to organize.
- Mailinglist > for inbetween communication
- Mailinglist are more dispersed
- Mailingslist are chaotic
- Mailingslist stimulate collective organisation and have archives
- people who later join: could read the archives but is intense labour
- maybe the archives are not important as it is social talk - and better to have good documentation to publish and share in AG and do we need to know ? (is it valid information for archive)
- And/ or each group decides for themselves which medium to use
