Self-residency
Short description
For three months, from the 1st of March to the 31st of May, Just for the Record will be doing a research residency at RoSa. The activities of the residency consists of one research session every 2 weeks (specific details below) where we will reflect on how our activities are recorded, translated, archived and exported into the future. The material we produce in this period will be in a range of mediums or "outputs", from booklets and posters to texts or objects, which we will present at an event at RoSa in September.
Specific details: The research sessions will take place every second Wednesday morning, from 10:00-13:00, in the archive meeting-room. Over the 3-month period this makes up a total of 7 research sessions (7th March, 21st March, 4th April, 18th April, 2nd May, 16th May, 30th May). In addition there will be the presentation event in September. We would like to present our work in a form of installation in the library and an event which guides the visitors through this installation. The installation can stand for as long or short as the organisation at RoSa would want it to.

PRESENTATION TEXT
Look back at what Just for the record has developed since the begining of the collective, organising events in different spaces and in collaboration with different organisations.
At RoSa […]
After two years of successive participative event-like projects, we would like to stop to take the time to go back to what we’ve been adressing, materialize what was done, give it more visibility and tangibility.
We worked a lot on Wikipedia, inside this huge ecosystem, bits by bits adding content, modifying phrasings and talking a lot around it with the participants.
Through objets, publications.
