*Base rules
- It is ok to not make it to all the meetings
- All members have varying time to put into JFTR throughout the year
- The meeting structures should change as the practice of JFTR develops.
*Structural rules Autumn 2018
- Whenever it is possible we try not to answer emails during meetings but rather make group decisions about the emails so that they can be written afterwards.
- Whenever we do write emails during meetings we try to do time to the end of the meeting.
- It is good to be conscious of which elements each meeting consists of out of the following:
- Worksessions - for creating material together
- Admin - answering emails, taking care of relations and practical
- Finance - bookkeeping etc.
- Meta - discussing the larger lines of JFTR
- Our regular meetings are on Wednesdays at 10:00 - - - Should it be later?
