our accounting is split by wikipedia founding and annual report for the asbl

propositions we all agree on:
spliting of the money should be something we reevaluate every year more or less unless ther is main changement on someone s life/schedule

important to not be all of us on every project


we still ahve to do the "jarrrekenning" and the bilan to the gref and publish status
we have to cmake in both languages to publish but choose one language to gref
be carefull with the frenchspeaking subisdes become difficult if we choose the flamish gref so advinsing us we should choose the french speaking gref

when we show the bilan we have to show and proof what we get in 2016 but spent in 2017

but we have be carefull with egalité convention → ask to Donatella if we need document specific for that. But we should be able to just be able to do it with this compte des resultats and bilan

2016 is quite easy but 2017 is a bit more difficult because we have more expenses
for wikipedia we also have to be carefull and clear on the split of the budget on 2 years.
10% wil be part of benefices pertes à reporter

in accounting it is always the date of the contract or the invoice

loo at example of constant and osp for the codes but don't forget we can create number/categories

so make report the AG or make a CA by email to approve the bilan 2016
but control if there is a date of month for the AG
