Agenda

-Heating situation. It's a pity that Overtoon can't be there - could they perhaps give a statement on their opinion on the matter? Not this week's mechanics' planning by Entrakt, but rather what they think about that? Or shouldn't we form a (collective) position on this?
General state of building: 2nd, 5th floor has heating
Raffaella spoke to Marion: entire floor not working, he needs to repair from the origin of the problem, we have to wait for a new date in November
Compensation/reimbursement from Entrakt? Was anything ever negotiated?
it can go into the general buffer budget
-> Jesse brings these questions under Overtoon's attention next week
- heating & compensation
- 2 women toilets
- badges giving/bringing back

-Apero, possibly with (informal) work presentations
good idea!
8th November from 18h onwards
on show: aRzu, cinema

-Toilet situation: hygiene/cleaning
Pablo has contact with the cleaner: Ben asks Pablo to brief cleaner on how to clean the urinals. This should be considered a complaint.
Eduardo will buy more matierals (gloves, brush, products for toilet and corridor floors...), invoice to Overtoon

- This month's corridor cleaning team (to plan)
last time: 4 people, went well, not too fast; Jesse is interested to have aRzu as director: music + taking turns: 2 vacuum cleaners + water bucket/mop
OSP & Overtoon & Constant have vacuum cleaners.
3 spanish mops (Constant also), 1 swiping mop
Next cleaning session: 8 November 2019 12h: Ludi, Ben (?), Jesse, Eduardo, who else? =aRzu
-> maybe more other people this time?
