Evaluation garbage system (kitchen/general)
Is it ok? The cleaner does not pick up the garbage bags. 

Repeat the agreement of what we are expected to do:
    - Put out garbage in kitchen, toilets
    - Check toilets
    - Check if supplies (toiletpaper, dishwashing liquid) are there
    - Signal Overtoon if anything is missing.

Material is also goes very fast! 
It works quite ok. 

Should the cleaner (Ben) wash the floor with water (not just brush?), once a month?
We don't pay Ben very much. He has only 2hr per week, comes on Tuesday
Maybe he needs more instructions?
When would he be there? Pablo will speak with Manuel and Ben > in two weeks
If Pablo misses out on the cleaner, Marialena can do this, too.
There is a contract: Bathroom, kitchen, common area.

Essential oils make a huge difference!

Would we have money to raise the budget a little? How much would that be? 20 per hour / 140 per month. Make it 2hrs?
General mood: people seem not to mind to pay a little more.
Also consensus that we should not add more exploitation.

First check the contract, discuss the task list with it.

Request for a toilet-paper-replacement workshop. A 30m instruction will be announced on mailinglist soon (Arnoud)
Arnoud will check if we can order new rolls...

The general spaces are being cleaned. Issues with urinating in the entrance. It is being cleaned, but happens every night.

Summertime:
    please all buy the material needed yourself! Overtoon will pay the costs back. 
    Make sure you have the receipts!

Open up common space by removing some walls?

Not a lot of enthusiasm (sound proofing)? But is it really an issue?

Why not bring plants instead? If someone has a car -- pick up plants from market.
Goal is basically to make it more cosy... Or is it about the light?

For Jubilee it is 100% ok as it is working now. The space is not too noisy for them. Also not for the ones across the space.

Opening walls would make it also more difficult to rent it out...

Wondering about the golden poles hanging around, it makes it feel like a storage. The bathtub is Gosies? Maybe it can become a flowerpot!

For now: not knock out any walls, but to move out stuff and get plants.
Tom and Barbara will take the initiative to get the plants.
How much do we want to spent / how happy will the plants be?

We need a watering crew:
We can create a list with a kind of watering system!
Collect money in a pot in the common room. Or in a post-box, who has one. Maybe start with private plant donations?
Could be a collective floor project.

Organise more common moments, like f.ex. apero wtc

Parties in the room behind the cinema: let's be a bit careful since there were some issues last time.
Entrakt asked us to ask for permission for gatherings. No more parties -- so let's call it a workshop?

We know how to keep an overview and take care of security, but still things can happen.
    - pick a responsible for each party; door shifts.
    - pick up people at the door

Something else maybe? A drink? 5th floor does internal presentations. Rob organises this as part of his TMR practice.

Security

Overtoon asked Entrakt to take better care of security. They promised a better door downstairs (probably a second door); it's been fixed but it should be replaced; it is too fragile. We need to stay careful with making sure that people do not walk out without looking back.
There is a way to come from the cafe so important to keep the upstairs door closed: no blocking!! There was a problem with the 6th floor door but it is now fixed.

Permanence Overtoon over the summer

15 July - 9 August nobody from Overtoon is there.
Who will do the permanence during the summer?

- Security
- Contact Entrakt

Tom would be wiling to be the person to contact Marion of Entrakt + sends his contact details to mailinglist.

Update on Permanent, project of Koen & Wouter on finding solutions to get out of temporary occupations

Did not get the innoviris subsidy. But it does not change the urgency of the project. They take a break from this, and relaunch in September (maybe application VGC?)
CLTB still interested in the project. The main issue is to find a building, and keep track of the process.
Also Kunstenpunt wants to pick it up as an issue ... so it needs some work to understand who is working on this, and how to channel these energies. It seems to become clear the Entrakt mode is not the way to go.

The roof-terrace is waiting for permissions, probably next year ... or after renovations?
Overtoon found out the water issue is coming from sprinklers cooling the airconditioners on the roof.
