INFRASTRUCTURE/TOOLS

A permanent infrastructure with ovens and tools for baking and tending the grains, activated within the ethos of Flatbread Society.

Ownership
Bjorvika Utvikklung  is reponsible till 2025 > AB is responsible and has to report and propose to a BU/BI board: they are the final commissioners)
after the land goes to the Municipality.

*- there is seating for max 30 people
*- there is stading place for 60 people
Port side: 3 ovens + sink

- 3 modular tables, which can form 1 big table
- 4 benches + wooden folding chairs 
- flexible shelving (for display related to diverse practices of core group)
- storage (for baking: flour, tools,...)
- one box is a transit zone can be used for max 3 days
- display of grain storage

If you are leaving,  Re-check every part of this list when you leave, so you're sure it's done!
Basics:
- clean so you make the next person happier!  at least to the condition you entered the bakehouse (brush/vaccuumcleaner)
- wipe out traces
- wash dishes
- no trash managment / what you bring in you bring out / carry out
 
 
CLEANING:
Cleaning products are located under the skin
Vaccuum cleaner in Storage under the sink
Kitchen towels , kitchen, white cupboard, ...

FRIDGE:
- The fridge: take everything out of the fridge which is yours 
make sure you do not leave anything perishable, or open, in the kitchen! 
if  you don't wanna take it with you, give it personally to the  co-habitants/lodgers/visitors/neighbours, make somebody happy but throw  it yourself if nobody is interested

Waste Management

Disconnect:

ACTIVITY / PRIORITY OF USE

everything is possible, everything is vague

*activities which emphazise the interrelationship of food production to realms of knowledge sharing, cultural production, socio-political formations and commons
      looking at grains, induces a reflection on the enclosure of the commons 
      ( land use, grains, air, frequencies )
*holistic cross pollination of farming, baking,... + artistic programming - unpredictable and magic
*a diversity of practices with critical reflection around food and cultural production with an underlying sense of wonder
*open to public ( by open doors / by booking)

HOW TO ORGANIZE A FULL MOON GATHERING

Full MOon Gathering
- Six gatherings per year 
- 3 hour event (can be longer)
- Hosted by artist other than core group member
- Aim for the magical, strange where   possible
- Aim for diversity of practice (visu al artists, musicians, urban planners,  poets, performance, astronomers, film, theorists, common law, issues related to  ethos of FBS/Loseter)
- Flatbread made on Takke/ovens or other impro vised method of baking
- Theme for evening suggested by host or core group
- Flyer (for archive) - do we make a tem-  plate or let it be different each time with idea that we have a collection of printed matter at end of each year. 
- Food for 20 people (can be soup / simple)
- Some action (this can be performance, music, discussion provocation, making,  singing…)
- Acknowledgement of the moon - Just to say  hello
- A mark on the primstav (we do not have  one yet, but it would be nice if they,  made some mark/logo of the event.

- Clean up
- Must put takke back in container  with no hot embers. 
  Must wait for it to cool, pour all contents of oven in compost 
- Clean the tools and replace in tool box.
