What would be a form we could develop from the case itself?
Forensic theatre ... afraid it is too over used

Natural audience is academia? Is this a way to communicate? Is it just fun?

Target Audience? Invite into format? 
We need to think of ourselves as the playwright. Condense it into ten minutes. Make it quotable.
But "access to all" is actually already condensed?
Problem is with play ... it is a product. But: courtcase as a constraint, a focus point creating a momentum.

Courtcase as a forum?
What do we mean by forum? A public discussion

We need multiple ways to communicate ... playing to people strengths. Push at open doors.

How to create something that 150 million can sense their agency. Is the "courtcase" Marcell's and does that cut out the possible agency of 150 million to sense agency? What is the question they want to hear?

Not: Marcell taking the sins of everyone. Instead making it a story of all of us (not the story of all of us being sinners).

Marcell has symbolic capital in artworld.

It needs to be parallel activities, not an exact/explicit moment. More a circus that moves around. A caravan.
