a group is trying to rent space next door, overlaps with this space but not the same. It seems there are almost enough ppl to make it work.
Tamina asks extra fees for taking over the contract (6000) seems a lot!

- Storage question: what are storage needs, what is stored in collective spaces etc.
DOWNSTAIRS
- Constant will bring back some materials. Some stuff of Constant we want to buy double (things that were already here). Plenty of space on the shelves, Constant will make an inventory.
- Downstairs = Constant and collective storage.

ABOVE HEATER + BASEMENT
- who needs it / uses storage space ?
- winter storage for wool? A net above the toilet ?
- Marius, Sarah, Alex come up with a plan before April meeting
- Option: cellar in the front house ?
- needs owner agreement - checked out by Marius / Sarah / Alex, in communication with Donatella.
- Max can use space for storing architecture-models : agreed that Max uses the spaces above the heater (right side when in front).
- Max install shelves in basement for storing stuff of different space-users resilient to potential moisture and heat.
BACK GARDEN SPACE
The personal stuff needs to be removed from there. These are common spaces and people need to use them.
-> Personal stuff (wool) needs to be out before spring.

3. Rents and renters:
- Alexander would like to start sharing his desk space with Ann-Sophie
- Sina stops his contract from March on (flexi-desk)
- Dona has mailed Agnes to ask if she wants to continue renting since she doesn't use the space almost at all (flexi-desk)
-> Make the desk in on the back room into a meeting table (not a flex desk)
4. Budget:
- -> what to do with our reserve of money
- As you know, we are putting aside money through the rent we pay every month, reaching now smt like 12.000 euro.
- The idea is not to keep this money indefinitely (Constant is still a non profit organisation ;) ), so it would be good to discuss:
- - if we will use them for extra renovation needs or smt else;
- - if we stop putting money aside (which would mean to pay less rent/month)
- Moreover, it seems that the works of Fix are much cheaper than their initial devis so the reserve will be untouched.
- Rent has a part for costs, and reserve managed by Constant. It has not been used. It will grow! Constant cannot keep it indefinetely, cannot be a bank.
- - Fix was cheaper than budgeted after recalculation. We can do the doors?! Around 15.000. The blue backdoor of the fronthouse, needs to be done soon then. Fix is ready to do it, Renaud (electrician) needs to be
- - Gas is calculated in June (probably double?)
- - We can wait until June, and then recalculate rent and provisions based on the real use of gass during the whole year.
- - We prepare the back house for spring to be build.
- - Work on the curtain / separation between the main space and shelves space.
- - Every year, reduce reserve to 6000 max (either lowering rent or doing investments)

5. New dates for cleaning / fixing (finishing cupboard) + House meeting (maybe we can set several dates for the year to come ? It used to be: 15th of the month with variable hours)

- Rachel makes a proposal for next meets, at 15h around 15 of month
6. Constant is proposing to do an open call for an artistic project in the garden. What are our thoughts ?
- Lovely! Theme = otherworldly communication. Non-human components, and how this makes us think differently of/with tech. Constant has ppl in mind. Sth that does not intrude? Interventions could be nice! It is a garden with a community! Does the selection include CDJ people? Consensus? A Garden Against Time! For fall 2025? Or later. Maybe some of us want to apply?
- PW + DP will follow up in Constant, start writing a call and report in next meetings.

- Low impact, 2 x per month, how much space do they need?
- if it can be done from the corridor in the front house ? yes,
- if it would occupy the mainspace in our building ? no
- FS check with them, can we be part of it? visit them next time
9. Saint-Luc jury in the common space
- Rafaella Houlstan, which is member of Constant, and teacher at Saint-Luc, asked me if it would be possible to host the jury of their students in our common space in CDJ. The students are invited every year to show their work in a different space outside the school. The jury will happen on 23-24-25 (full days) + 26 June in the morning (cleaning up). Rafaella is checking if the school has budget to rent the space, but she is not sure. I've checked the calendar and the common space is free on these days. What do you think about it?
- How many students?
- We want to be able to pass to the garden, use the kitchen?
- Financial or other compensation ?
- Wondering about the walls. Not to be damaged.
- Remember : the space is small!
- Is it public? Do we need to be there? If public ... no
- Ask for some kind of return, exchange from the school? Hmmm

- If she thinks it is good for it?
- As long as it does not obstruct? They need some support from us? Not taken for granted!

10. Construction afterlive -- curtains ....
