Possibilities

Friday 26th June (same day as Overtoon)
- Els is afraid of overcharging the elevator (in time not in weigth)

- Dennis - afternoon, to help with moving the walls
- Wendy - morning, to help with moving the walls
- Katrien - I can come in the afternoon after all!!

Transport 
-> Van (to rent)
An Mertens will rent a van & gets help from Guillaume- Els, can drive van or car -  renting from Cambio if needed -> Cambio Van is not available anymore :-(
   I have enough to fill up one van and can use some help, but can bring a 'duveltje' and 4 wheels on a board.
   What about the WTC building, is there a backdoor-elevator?



Claire : I can move on either 26th or 29th June. Unfortunately, I have neither transport nor driving licence but I can do sustenance, as in bring sandwiches for lunch. I have a really large / heavy / massive table desk that I'd prefer not to bring to the new space. Does anyone know anyone looking for a very big table?? Otherwise, I just have a chair, some books and plants to move. I can help others with moving.

Antje: I have to leave early on friday, like 16:30. :-(. I will try tu put already sth in this van

    info from Overtoon; they will move on 26. Till afternoon they will use elevator side Vaartstraat. In late afternoon they use the Big elevator on the hospital side, and the other parking behind the building. If necessary they continue on saturday. They will have a BADGE for this. During the weekend, we can also use that badge. On weekdays this is not possible.
    I can move any day, I will adapt. I need help, I have lots of stuff to move. Anybody have a cart?
    I find you all superb.

Claire: Antje, does that mean we are best to try and move next weekend if we have the BADGE? Is the BADGE for parking? Next Sunday 28th would also work for me.
Also, Katrien from Jubille is now available to move too in June, as her schedule for 26th with Jubille is cancelled.

Monday 29th June 

- Els, free to move whole day - drive van or car - can rent from Cambio if needed
- Wendy if necessary and contributing to the common good (till 16:00) - to help with the spaces & (moving?) walls 
- Bruno could also move this day (actually suits me better than 26th); I only have a table and 5 chairs, so don't need a lot of van space (and don't feel like paying a lot for the moving)

Claire - see above re dates. I'm available both days.
Katrien - also not good for me, sorry... We have a retraite + RVB with Jubilee that day. From the 29th on, I'll be avalilable to clean, help mover, build walls. 

Transport 
- Els, can drive van or car -  renting from Cambio if needed
- Bruno can drive van or car - and rent it from Cambio if needed

Antje: I need a van, a driver and help on monday
