Paul: know the building / met in jan van eyck academy / been living in berlin - and operahouse as pied a terre / now - 
visual artist - was in spain architect for 3 years - used to live communally

Sam: 3 peopel > law graphic designarchitect - bought together a house / different propreties  / co-habitation > rent parking space 
/ access to proprety by sharing the financial quest :::  communal parc/garden ::: toilet :::

eva: renters union - contracts to rent together are not existing .
registrat ion is not really necessary  - 
it protects the people who rents and teh owner has the security
contract of 2 years - agreement is necessary if you want to split.
( after 1 year, it is automaticaaly a 9 years contract)

architecture 2001 - worked as architect - studied social work - working for renters union (quality of buildings) and legal advise
study - unit for homeless people  / mikael rakowitz /centrum algmeen welzijn (prototype)
