We are delighted to invite you to a Moon Bathing on Sunday August 2 0 2017.
 
A Moon Bathing is a guided collective practice of  and empathy towards the self and the otherness in an interspecific context. It is designed by Isabel Burr Ratycare and An Mertens to reflect on and experience the forces that synchronically appear in the multiple landscapes surrounding us and in our inner environments at a moment of sidereal phenomena.
 
On Sunday August 2 0 we would like to invite you to Moon Bathe under the total solar eclipse at the moment in which the moon is growing. 

The light and darkness generated by the visual intersection of the M oon and the Sun , probably the most influential astronomical bodies upon the Planet Eart h , affect our central nervous system. We will guide you to discover how we can direct this affects for personal and communal-social serenity and prosperity.
 
We will be working with astrological facts, active meditation , a fire ritual and sounds in a beautiful private garden with lake and small forest in the outskirts of Brussels.

Practical:
The Moon Bathing will take place from 19h till 21h. Spoken language will be English (translation is possible). Everyone from 14y is welcome. We ask you to bring a towel and little things to eat and share. The individual contribution is 15€.

Isabel Burr Raty is a performance artist, independent filmmaker and coach.  As an artist she is reasearching in the ontological crack between the  native and the enginereed, working with new media and new materials to  create hybrid narratives that play with synthetic magic and propose bio-autonomy  practices. As a coach, she designs tailored transitional ceremonies, facilitates sexual energy consultations and trainings and offers Tupper Ware Parties (Meet the inner-femenine topography). Isabel studied advanced performance at a.pass Brussels, Philosphy in Chile (UAH), Imaginative Realism acting method at Michael Chekhov Studio London, has an extensive research in theosophy and biology, and over a decade of inland investigation on Amerindian and Polynesian shamanism. In 2015 she was initiated in femenine healing techniques by Miranda Grey and started a focused training in Daoist bio-energetic tec h niques with Mantak Chia at Universal Tao Center Thailand.

An Merten s is a media-artist, storyteller, nature guide and member of Constant. As an artist she researches the metaphorical relationship between trees in a forest and big data algorithms, resulting in literary creation and games. As a transformative storyteller she offers tailored stories to people with specific needs or desires. She uses tools that install an energetic field from which images, sensations and feelings can emerge. In the exchange a specific story materializes and transforms both the receiver and the guide. In this realm An crossed great teachers so far. She was initiated in meditation with Jan Geurs, reiki with Lut Lemmens, light and sound shamanism with Frank Coppieters and Kathy Melchior and feminine healing techniques with Miranda Grey. 

Since 2015 An and Isabel have been collaborating in designing and offering celebration circles for integrating the seasons and astral bodies into our biological self and supra-sensitive being.
