   3. Describe your experience (Bolwerk), as informal non-institutional platfrom, within a public institution such as M HKA? What were the biggest challenges?
   4. Describe the dynamics of the process of collaboration with such a big number of artists- what were the biggest challenges?
    Going against Hierarchy and dealing with personalities of individual artists..
