when booking please provide the following

Basics:
- clean so you make the next person happier! at least to the condition you entered the bakehouse (brush/vaccuumcleaner)
- wipe out traces
- wash dishes
- no trash managment / what you bring in you bring out / cary out
Disconnect:
electricity : turn out all lamps + power off red switches + unplug chargers
heating: switch off all heating
wifi/radio: switch off all hardware which isn't processing any necessary task
Close everything:
close and lock doors
close and lock windows
- The fridge: take everything out of the fridge which is yours
make sure you do not leave anything perishable, or open, in the kitchen!
if you don't wanna take it with you, give it personally to the co-habitants/lodgers/visitors/neighbours, make somebody happy but throw it yourself if nobody is interested

HOW TO ORGANIZE A FULL MOON GATHERING
Full MOon Gathering
- Six gatherings per year
- 3 hour event (can be longer)
- Hosted by artist other than core group member
- Aim for the magical, strange where possible
- Aim for diversity of practice (visu al artists, musicians, urban planners, poets, performance, astronomers, film, theorists, common law, issues related to ethos of FBS/Loseter)
- Flatbread made on Takke/ovens or other impro vised method of baking
- Theme for evening suggested by host or core group
- Flyer (for archive) - do we make a tem- plate or let it be different each time with idea that we have a collection of printed matter at end of each year.
- Food for 20 people (can be soup / simple)
- Some action (this can be performance, music, discussion provocation, making, singing…)
- Acknowledgement of the moon - Just to say hello
- A mark on the primstav (we do not have one yet, but it would be nice if they, made some mark/logo of the event.
