Plan   Wednesday 9th - Antwerp
      11:00 pm: load boat and gear Ghent
                14:00 pm : Ghent - Calais
16:00 pm : Calais boat
16:25 pm: Arrival Folkstone. Ring George when you are near Bristol and she will inform Fran at the B&B (number above). 
21:00 pm: Arrive in Bristol and head straight to the Woodside Press Building , 22a Islington Road, Bristol BS3 1QB ? George will be there to help. 
                    load off boat where we  will be storing the boat. It is then a very short drive (5 minutes) to the Greenhouse B&B.
           21:45 pm: Green House Bed and Breakfast, (61 Green Bank Road, Southville, BS3 1RJ) where you can park the car and will be staying over night. You will need to check out     provisionally on Thursday (am) before returning again on Friday evening.
    22:00 pm: Claire Doherty dinner that evening - if you are not too tired!


Plan   Thursday 10th:
       9am: Meeting at Spike Island, (133 Cumberland Road, Bristol BS1 6UX) There should be places to park outside. (George to check parking for car). Meet Boat Man (Matt), Photographer and go through schedule for the day. 
                10:00 am : pick up boat. Fix boat oven. Check we have all material for the day (life jackets, bread, kindling....)
                10:30 am:  unload boat on 
                11:00 pm : prepare boat for water + test with extra experienced person: Daniel 'Raz' Rasmussen /Matt   + crumble bread
          12:30 pm : lunch. Ring photographer with confirmed locations for photos. Eloise to prepare
                13:30 pm : chop wood, light the fire - 
   14:30 pm : different excursions: leave  from bathurst bassin to watershed bristol 
                15pm : photoshoot
       17:00 pm : load boat to garage
  7:30pm: Leave for Liverpool (in 2 x cars)
                10:30pm: Arrive Liverpool. All staying at the Nadler hotel (29 Seel St, Liverpool L1 4AU)



Plan Friday 11th:
            10:00 pm : Arriving Home baked. Optional Tour of Biennial with Assistant Curator Simone Mair. Meeting at 10am at the Old Blind School (The Old Blind School, 24 Hardman Street
Liverpool, L1 9AX)
            12:00 pm : Workshop begins promptly (Detailed event schedule to be provided on Thursday to the group.)
               17:00 pm : Finish event. GB stays behind to clear up, everyone else free to leave and drive back.
        21:00pm: Check back in to the Green house B&B


Plan Saturday 12th:
10:00 pm : Free morning, although could visit Hart's bakery with George. Plan route there. 
                Meeting with Amy talk future
                Staying at Green House B&B


Plan Sunday 13th:
               9:00 pm: Only if easy, short paddle of oven, quick sail.
12:00 pm : Have the boat up on the tressel legs. Fire up.
13:00 pm: Amy's talk. Oven to be fired up during the talk.
14.00 pm: Baking all together whilst Q&A is happening. Soup is a seperate thing.

Thursday 10 July evening: Amy Franceschini arrive Liverpool (flight Brussels  Rome ???- Liverpool) Marthe - can you come to Liverpool? That would be great.
Friday 11 July: Futurefarmer Workshop 12 - 5pm with Homebaked / Liverpool Biennial
Saturday 12 July: Visit Biennial and travel to Bristol (Hauser and Wirth is opening in Somerset)

BRISTOL
Sunday 13 July: Morning: Breakfast at Hart's Bakery
1 - 2.30pm: Amy Franceschini talk at Hart's Bakery with Boat Oven baking demonstration outside
4 - 5pm: Boat oven in water
Late Sunday / early Monday (return flights)


OPTION 3:
Wednesday 9 july: departure antwerpen - bristol (auto/van) - exploration site
Thursday 10 july: departure bristol - liverpool (train) - exploration site. Meeting with Daniel 'Raz' Rasmussen. He is a professional canoe person and diver.
Friday 11 july: liverpool, 12 - 5pm (2hrs drive to Liverpool or 2hrs train)
Satuday 12 july; bristol (tbc boat happening: 1PM)
Sunday 13 july bristol happening (talk- 1:30PM)
Monday 14 juliy: rest
